Canadian Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Foundations & Career Pathway (Stage 1-3) is designed to provide learners with the essential knowledge and skills needed to effectively navigate and contribute to the field of occupational health and safety in Canada. This stage focuses on understanding the fundamental principles of OHS, the legal framework that governs workplace safety, and the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders.
Throughout this course, participants will explore various topics, including the importance of promoting a safe work environment, identifying hazards, risk assessment, WHMIS, and implementing safety protocols. Additionally, learners will gain insights into career pathways within the OHS sector, including potential job opportunities and professional development avenues.
This training pathway focuses on Stage 1- OHS Foundations & Career Coaching, guiding learners through the essential safety principles and industry expectations in Canada. As you progress, you’ll also receive Stage 2 support toward obtaining recognised government-approved qualifications in your chosen industry, and Stage 3 guidance to enhance your CV, job applications, and interview performance.
The course fee covers all coaching, mentorship, and career support listed above, including one full year of ongoing guidance to help you achieve your professional goals.
